Jmenuji se Josef Svitak. V IT infrastruktuře pracuji od roku 2000. Posledních 12+ let působím v T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. jako Senior Cloud Services Specialist a System specialist UNIX/SAN; předtím jsem řešil UNIX/SAN provoz v T-Systems a správu serverů, sítí a aplikací v NWT a Crystalexu. My name is Josef Svitak. I've worked in IT infrastructure since 2000. For the last 12+ years I've been at T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. as a Senior Cloud Services Specialist and System specialist UNIX/SAN; before that I worked on UNIX/SAN operations at T-Systems and server, network and application administration at NWT and Crystalex.

Specializuji se na Linux/UNIX provoz, enterprise storage a SAN: IBM, Hitachi, NetApp, EMC, Cisco/McData/Brocade fabrics, VMware, Xen/Citrix XenServer a KVM. Mám praxi i v bezpečnosti, monitoringu a síťových službách — Nessus, penetrační testování, DNS/mail/proxy/LDAP a Nagios. I specialize in Linux/UNIX operations, enterprise storage and SAN: IBM, Hitachi, NetApp, EMC, Cisco/McData/Brocade fabrics, VMware, Xen/Citrix XenServer and KVM. I also have experience in security, monitoring and network services — Nessus, penetration testing, DNS/mail/proxy/LDAP and Nagios.

Vedle práce provozuji vlastní malou IT infrastrukturu pod značkou LC Andel — hosting, AD, MikroTik, VoIP, NAS, WireGuard VPN. Vím, jak věci vypadají z obou stran: enterprise i SMB.
